Child Safety Standards

Effective date: 17 September 2026

Zustland Technologies Private Limited maintains these publicly accessible Child Safety Standards for the Zustland Service. Zustland is intended for users aged 13 and above, subject to higher minimum ages, parental or guardian consent and other safeguards required by applicable law.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Zustland prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not permit the Service to be used to sexually exploit, abuse or endanger children.

2. Prohibited conduct

Users must not use Zustland to:

CSAM is prohibited. Do not upload, request, share, store or distribute material that sexually exploits or abuses children. If you encounter suspected CSAE or CSAM on Zustland, report it rather than forwarding or redistributing it.

3. Reporting concerns

Users may submit safety concerns through reporting or feedback mechanisms made available within the Zustland Service. Where an in-app mechanism is not available for a particular feature, concerns may be sent directly to [email protected]. Reports concerning possible CSAE or CSAM should be submitted as soon as possible and should include enough information to help us identify the relevant account, content or interaction.

You may also contact our Child Safety Point of Contact directly at [email protected]. Please do not send CSAM or other illegal material as an email attachment. Provide identifying information about the relevant content or account instead.

4. Review, action and enforcement

We may review reports and other information indicating possible CSAE or CSAM. Where appropriate and permitted or required by law, we may remove or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information, restrict access, and escalate matters to appropriate authorities or organisations.

We do not permit users to create, upload or distribute content that facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of children. We take appropriate action when we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, consistent with applicable law and our published standards.

5. Compliance with child safety laws

Zustland will comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations and maintain processes for reporting confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional or national authority where required by applicable law.
