Community Guidelines

Effective date: 17 September 2026

Zustland is built for real-world communities. These guidelines describe the baseline standards for participating in communities on the Service. Community administrators may apply additional rules appropriate to their community.

Be respectful

Do not harass, threaten, bully, intimidate, stalk or deliberately target another person with abusive conduct.

Keep communities useful

Post information that is relevant to the community and use structured features for their intended purpose. Avoid spam, repeated unsolicited promotion, abusive invitations and disruptive activity.

Protect privacy

Do not publish another person's private or sensitive information without appropriate authority. Do not use Zustland to expose, collect or misuse personal information.

No illegal or harmful activity

Do not use Zustland to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, threats of violence, exploitation or other conduct that could cause serious harm.

Child safety

Zustland prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion involving minors, trafficking or other exploitation of children, and any creation, request, possession, upload, sharing or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

See our Child Safety Standards for the dedicated policy, reporting and enforcement information.

No impersonation or deceptive conduct

Do not impersonate another person, organisation or community authority, or use the Service to materially mislead people about your identity or role.

Respect intellectual property

Only share content that you have the rights or permissions to share. Do not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual-property rights.

Reporting and enforcement

Users may report concerns through reporting or feedback mechanisms made available in the Service. Where an in-app mechanism is not available for a particular feature, concerns may be sent to [email protected]. We may review, restrict, remove or disable content or accounts where reasonably necessary under our policies, applicable law, security requirements or community rules.

Community administrators may also apply community-specific moderation and membership controls.

Appeals and review

Where a review or appeal process is provided for a particular feature or community, users may use that process. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies available under applicable law.
